WHAT WE OFFER
HYDROCOOLING
Hydrocooling systems are one of many precooling systems that provide fast, reliable and efficient means of cooling many water tolerant fruits and vegetables. Hydrocooling systems can be used to cool a large variety of produce.
FORCED AIR COOLING
Forced air cooling is an efficient and direct method of air chilling that achieves shorter cooling times, delivering a longer shelf life for your produce.
PRESSURE COOLING
Used primarily for strawberries, canteloupe and cauliflower, pressure cooling works by pulling cold air by the product at a high velocity.
DEGREENING + RIPENING
Degreening, or ripening, introduces ethylene gas into a ‘degreening room’ to gradually ripen citrus from its picked green state.
LONG-TERM COLD STORAGE
Our long-term storage designs ensure air is well circulated at low velocity so that transpiration and water loss from the produce is kept to a minimum.
